I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were pristine and had everything I needed for a self-catering experience, plus a lovely terrace to enjoy. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist with any request. The location was perfect, close to the old town of Purto del Carmen and right on the seafront, though the nearby dilapidated shopping center was a minor downside. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the perfect coffee and typical Sicilian products. Overall, a fantastic value for money hotel with great amenities.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were kept very clean, had good amenities, and I loved the terrace. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to assist with every question or request. The location was perfect, very close to the airport and with quick access to taxis, plus it's near the old town of Puerto del Carmen and shops. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with perfect coffee, although the fries were just okay. Overall, a great value for the money with fantastic facilities.
